A few tips to make them work well.
Cardstock works better than regular paper as it’s a thicker and can’t be seen through.
Print front and back, and make sure to do “flip on short edge” printing (this typically in NOT the default).
When cutting, cut a bit of the black outline off to make them look good on both sides.
A good quality paper guillotine will make your life easier, or I’m sure you could set up a cricut (or machine like it) to do the cutting for you.
